This is probably for you if
- You sit at a desk all day and feel it by evening
- You want to start but studios feel intimidating
- You are returning after a long break
- You want mobility and core strength rather than a workout
What you need: A mat. A folded blanket and two books can stand in for props. A phone or laptop with a camera, positioned so your instructor can see you.
Yoga & Pilates — common questions
Is this suitable if I am not flexible?
Yes. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a requirement for starting. Gentle and beginner batches are built for stiff bodies.
How many people are in a batch?
Batches are kept small on purpose, so your instructor can actually see and correct everyone. The exact size depends on the program.
What is the difference between yoga and mat Pilates here?
Both are mat-based and need no equipment. Pilates batches focus on controlled core and spinal work; yoga batches cover breath, mobility and a wider range of postures.
Are classes suitable during pregnancy?
We run dedicated prenatal batches. Please speak to your doctor before joining, and tell your instructor which trimester you are in.
What equipment do I need?
A mat helps. A folded blanket and two thick books can stand in for props while you start.
Other categories
All four run beginner batches.
