1. Scope
This policy explains how BEMIHUB SKYHI PRIVATE LIMITED handles personal data collected through this website and the BeMiHub Studio service. We handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, mobile number, city, and the details you enter in our forms.
- Instructor applications: the subject you teach, your style, experience, certifications, languages, availability and anything you choose to add.
- Booking and payment information: the batch you booked, the amount, the Razorpay order and payment reference, and your contact details, stored so we can send your joining link and reconcile the payment. Card details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
- Technical information: standard web server logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP address, browser and the pages requested.
3. Why we use it
- To provide classes you have booked and to send joining links and reminders
- To process payments and issue receipts
- To assess and respond to instructor applications
- To answer your questions
- To keep the website secure and working
- To meet legal and tax obligations
4. Consent and withdrawal
Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide parts of the service.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the service: our payment processor, our communication and CRM tools, and our hosting provider. They may process data only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website currently sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Razorpay sets the cookies it needs to process your payment when you reach checkout. If we later add analytics or advertising measurement, we will update this section before those tools go live.
7. How long we keep it
We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Unsuccessful instructor applications are kept for twelve months and then deleted.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restriction of contact details to authorised staff. No system is completely secure, and we will notify you and the relevant authority of a reportable data breach as required by law.
9. Your rights
Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us for access to your personal data, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to the address below and we will respond within the period required by law.
10. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from a person under 18 without verifiable consent from a parent or guardian.
