What we teach
Music is the skill adults most often say they wish they had kept up. It is also the one where a recording helps least, because the instructor has to hear what you are doing wrong.
- Acoustic guitar for beginners
- Guitar improver
- Hindustani vocals
- Western vocals
- Keyboard and piano for beginners
These are the formats we are opening batches in now. Planned next: music theory, songwriting basics, tabla, ukulele.

Music — common questions
Do I need to own an instrument?
For guitar and keyboard, yes, from the first class. For vocals, no.
How many people are in a batch?
Batches are kept small on purpose, so your instructor can actually see and correct everyone. The exact size depends on the program.
How often are music classes?
Usually two to three live sessions a week, with guided practice between them. Music is learned in the practice, and the live class is where it gets corrected.
Can I learn as an adult beginner?
Yes. Most of our beginner music batches are adults starting from zero.
Are one-to-one classes available?
Yes. One-to-one music is available and quoted separately, because one instructor teaching one person is priced differently from a group.
What kind of music will I learn?
Instructors use whatever music best builds the skill. Repertoire is decided by the instructor and the batch.
