What you need
A device and a camera
A phone, tablet or laptop. For movement classes, prop it far enough back that your whole body is in frame, or your instructor cannot correct you.
Some space
About three metres by three metres for dance and fitness. Yoga and Pilates need a mat's length. Music needs a chair.
An internet connection
Anything that handles a video call will handle a class. Broadband or 4G both work.
Push the table back. That is the setup.
No gym, no studio, no commute, no equipment for most classes. A phone or laptop, an internet connection, and enough floor to move safely.
Class times
Four slots, seven days a week.
- Early morning 6:00 - 8:00
- Mid-morning 9:00 - 11:00
- Evening 6:00 - 9:00

Common questions
What do I need to join a class?
A phone, tablet or laptop with a camera, an internet connection, and a small clear space. Position the camera so your instructor can see your whole body for movement classes.
How small are the batches?
Small on purpose - small enough that your instructor can see and correct everyone. The exact size depends on the program.
What happens if I miss a class?
Your batch runs on a fixed weekly schedule with a capped number of places, so a missed class is not refunded. Where a comparable batch has space, we try to offer a make-up class.
Can I change batches?
Yes. Batches are not locked. Book whichever slot suits your week.
How do I get started?
Fill in the Find My Class form. It takes about a minute. We come back with a recommended program, teacher, batch and exact monthly fee, and you decide.
Do classes get recorded?
No. Classes are live and are not recorded for promotional use. Where a class is observed for quality review, it is stated in advance.
