An instructor teaching a live online class from a prepared home space

You teach. We run everything else.

We are growing our instructor team in dance, fitness, yoga and Pilates, and music. Paid teaching partnership, small live batches. You teach; we run the rest.

Applications in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Reviewed within three working days.

What the partnership is

Paid teaching partnership

This is paid work, not exposure. Commercial terms are discussed after your demo class, once we both know it is a fit.

We bring the students

Marketing, bookings, payments, reminders, batch management and student support are ours. Teaching is yours.

Small batches

You teach a group small enough to actually see. Nobody will ask you to broadcast to a hundred people.

What we look for, by category

Fitness, Yoga and Pilates

A recognised certification is strongly preferred, because these classes carry physical safety responsibility. We also look at safe cueing, beginner modifications and awareness of contraindications.

Dance

Demonstrated skill in your style, plus the ability to break a step down for someone who has never danced. Safe warm-up and sensible progression matter.

Music

Proficiency on your instrument or voice, and a structured way of teaching a beginner from the first chord onward.

The best performer is not automatically the best teacher. The demo class is where we find out.

What you need to teach from home

  • A laptop or phone with a camera you can position well, and a stable internet connection
  • About three metres by three metres of clear space, or a quiet corner for seated subjects
  • Two to five hours a week to begin with
  • Your own instrument or materials, if your subject needs them
  • A quiet, reasonably well-lit space with a plain background

How selection works

  1. Apply

The form on this page takes about a minute. We reply on WhatsApp within a few hours.

  2. A short teaching sample

We send you a few simple steps on WhatsApp. No production, no editing - just you teaching.

  3. A 20-minute live demo

You teach an eight-minute mini-class to two people from our team. Internal evaluation only - it is never recorded for publication.

  4. Terms and onboarding

If the demo goes well, that is when we discuss terms. Then the handbook, the class format and your first batch.
