1. Who we are
This website and the BeMiHub Studio service are operated by BEMIHUB SKYHI PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India under CIN U14101MP2024PTC070083, with its registered office at Mansarovar Complex, Block-B, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
2. What the service is
BeMiHub Studio provides live online classes in dance, fitness, yoga and Pilates, and music, delivered by instructors over video in small scheduled batches. Classes are educational and recreational in nature.
3. What the service is not
Our classes are not medical care, physiotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling or treatment of any kind. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and our instructors do not give medical advice. If you have an injury or a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from illness or surgery, obtain clearance from a qualified medical practitioner before joining any class, and tell your instructor before the class begins. If you feel unwell or experience pain during a class, stop immediately.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You must give accurate information when you register.
5. Monthly programs and booking
- Classes are sold as monthly programs: a fixed weekly schedule, one batch and one instructor, at a monthly fee agreed with you before payment.
- Batch sizes are limited so the instructor can see every learner. Places are allocated on enrolment.
- We do not operate credits, passes or a stored balance.
- Each month is a separate one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically.
- We may change the timetable, a batch or an instructor. If we cancel a class in your program, we offer a make-up class or refund that class.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card details. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
7. Conduct in class
Classes are shared spaces. You agree not to record, screenshot, stream or redistribute any class, to behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants, and not to use the service for anything unlawful. We may remove a participant from a class, or suspend an account, where this is not followed.
8. Minimum age
BeMiHub Studio classes are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not currently offer classes for children, and an account may only be opened by a person aged 18 or over. Our conduct standards for every class are set out in our safeguarding and conduct policy.
9. Intellectual property
The website, class formats, teaching materials and all content we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership to you.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Classes depend on internet connectivity at both ends, which is outside our control.
11. Liability
You take part in classes at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits and for the safety of your space. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to your use of the service.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
