Refund and cancellation policy

1. How payment works

You pay only after we have shared your recommended program, instructor, batch timing, weekly frequency and exact monthly fee, and you have accepted it. Each month is a separate one-time payment. Nothing renews automatically and no mandate is stored on your card.

2. Before your program starts

If you cancel before your first class, we refund the monthly fee in full.

3. After your first class

If the program is not right for you, tell us within 48 hours of your first class and we will refund the monthly fee in full, less nothing. This applies once per person.

4. Trial classes

Where a program offers a trial class, the trial fee is refunded in full if you tell us within 48 hours that it was not right for you.

5. Classes cancelled by us

If we cancel a class in your program, we schedule a make-up class in the same month. If we cannot, we refund the value of that class.

6. Classes you miss

Your batch runs on a fixed schedule with a capped number of places, so a missed class is not refunded. Where a comparable batch has space, we will try to offer a make-up class.

7. Stopping after a month

There is nothing to cancel. If you do not pay for the next month, your program simply ends.

8. How to request a refund

Write to connect@bemihubstudio.com from the email or WhatsApp number you enrolled with, with your payment reference. We respond within 3 working days.

9. How refunds are paid, and by when

We review every refund request within 3 working days of receiving it. If it is approved, we initiate the refund to your original payment method through Razorpay within 2 working days of approval, so the money leaves us within 5 working days of your request at the latest.

After we initiate it, your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5 to 7 working days to show the amount in your account. UPI refunds are normally faster. We will send you the refund reference number by email so you can track it with your bank.

Refunds are always returned to the same payment method used for the purchase. We cannot pay a refund into a different account, by cash, or as credit.
