BeMiHub Studio sells live online classes and online courses. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped, so no delivery address, courier or shipping charge applies. This policy explains how and when the service you paid for reaches you.
1. What you receive
Access to live online classes conducted over a video platform, along with the class schedule, the joining link, your instructor's details and any practice material named on the product page.
2. When you receive it
- Immediately: an on-screen confirmation with your enrolment reference number, and a confirmation email to the address you gave at checkout.
- Within 24 working hours: our team contacts you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your batch and timing.
- At least 12 hours before your first class: your joining link, instructor details and schedule, sent by email and WhatsApp.
- Course material, where the product includes it, is shared before or during the course on the same channels.
3. If you do not receive it
If you have paid and have not received your confirmation, first check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, write to connect@bemihubstudio.com or call +91 96695 52354 with your enrolment reference number. We respond within one working day and re-send your details.
4. Delivery charges
There are none. The price shown at checkout is the full price of the service, in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Service area
Classes are delivered online and can be attended from anywhere with an internet connection. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees.
6. What you need at your end
A phone, tablet, laptop or computer with a camera, an internet connection that can carry a video call, and enough clear space to move safely for movement classes. We cannot deliver the service if these are missing, and this is not a reason for a refund after classes have begun.
7. If we cannot deliver a class
If we cancel a scheduled class, we offer a make-up class within the same programme. Where that is not possible, we refund the value of the class under our cancellation and refunds policy.
